BROWSING DATA
The IT systems and the software procedures involved in the operation of this website acquire, during normal activities, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its nature it could, via processing and association with data held by third parties, enable the identification of users. This data includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the code number indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the IT platform of the user. These data are used solely for the purposes of gathering anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and for verifying its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used for determining liability in the potential event of IT crimes committed against the site.

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, required for responding to requests, and any other personal data entered in the message. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of this site offering particular services on request.

COOKIES
None of the user's personal data is acquired by the site by cookies. Cookies are not used for transmitting personal information, neither are so-called persistent cookies of any type used, nor user tracking systems. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not saved perpetually on the user's computer and disappear when closing the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session data (comprising random numbers generated by the server (necessary for allowing safe and efficient browsing of the site. Personal data are processed using automated instruments for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illegal and incorrect use and unauthorised access. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The persons to which the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to be aware of its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its supplementation or updating, or adjustment (Art 7 of Legislative Decree no 196/2003). Pursuant to the same article the right is provided to request deletion, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose its processing in any event, for legitimate reasons. Requests should be addressed to the processing Controller indicated above.
